HAMMONTON—Vandals using black spraypaint defaced school buses parked on Fourth Street and the Warren E. Sooy Elementary School building, Hammonton Police Chief Frank Ingemi said. The incidents occurred late in the evening on January 19 and early in the morning on January 20, Ingemi said.
