HHS wrestlers fall in finals

HAMMONTON—Wrestling at home for the South Jersey Group III championship, Hammonton High School came up short by the slimmest of margins, falling to Timber Creek last week in a championship meet determined by criteria after they were tied 29-29.
In the end, two Charger pins were the difference, as Timber Creek was awarded the win on the third tie-breaking criteria, most team falls. The Chargers had two, Hammonton just one.
