Bruce I.
Rosenwasser, 54, of Vineland, died
March 11, 2008.
Born in Jersey City, Bruce received a bachelor’s
degree from Rutgers University in 1975. He was
the commissioner assistant for the department of
energy. He moved to Vineland in 1981 to work for
Miles Lerman. In 1987, he purchased Ideal
Clothing in Hammonton. He was a two term
president for Beth Israel Congregation and a
member of its men’s club. He was past president
for the Vineland Exchange Club and a columnist
for the Cumberland News. He was devoted to his
family and everyone in the community. He was a
loving husband, father, son, brother, and friend
to many.
Predeceased by: father, Jerald Rosenwasser.
Surviving him are: wife, Linda (nee Tucker)
Rosenwasser; daughter, Brooke Rosenwasser of
Vineland; brother, Robert Rosenwasser and his
wife Marion of New Brunswick; mother, Judith
Rosenwasser of Delray Beach, Fla.
Relatives and friends attended funeral services
on March 14 at Beth Israel Synagogue followed by
burial at Alliance Cemetery in Norma, N.J.

Phyllis A. Pagano, (nee Moffa), 85,
died March 12, 2008 at the Wm. B. Kessler
Memorial Hospital after a lengthy illness. She
was surrounded at the time of her passing by her
beloved daughter Barbara.
Born in Waterford, Phyllis graduated from Lower
Camden County Regional High School class of 1941
where she received an art scholarship. Phyllis
worked for RCA in Camden as a government
inspector. Later she worked for several clothing
shops in the Hammonton area. She was employed by
Whitehall Labs before retiring after 20 years.
She enjoyed homemade baking and was a gourmet
cook. She loved her close family and friends.
She enjoyed the companionship of her daughter’s
five cats but especially Tulip.
Predeceased by: husband, John; eight brothers
where she was the only girl in the Moffa family.
Surviving her are: daughter, Barbara Ann of
Hammonton; sisters-in-law, Mamie Moffa of Egg
Harbor Township, Olga Moffa of Phoenixville,
Pa., Lena Moffa of Elm; many nieces, nephews,
great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Relatives and friends attended a Mass of
Christian Burial on March 15 at St. Joseph’s R.C.
Church followed by burial at Holy Sepulchre
Cemetery.

Mildred
Pieri, (nee Cozzi), 88, of Elmtowne,
died March 7, 2008, peacefully at home.
Mildred loved to cook and listen to Frank
Sinatra. She enjoyed playing poker and was
extremely devoted to her family.
Predeceased by: husband, Henry P. Pieri;
daughter, Linda Pieri. Surviving her are:
children, Raymond Pieri Sr. and his wife Carrol
of Braddock, N.J., Barbara Rehmann of Hammonton,
Louisa M. Lepone and her late husband Anthony of
Elmtowne, Joanne E. Pieri-Russo and her husband
Glenn of Galloway Township; grandchildren,
Raymond Pieri Jr., John Pieri, Jill Rehmann and
her husband David Raup, Louanna Lepone, Nick
Russo, Tammie Lepone; great-grandchildren,
Alyssa, Nicolette, Jordan Raup; son-in-law, Jack
Rehmann.
Relatives and friends attended a Mass of
Christian Burial on March 11 at St. Anthony of
Padua Church followed by interment at Gate of
Heaven Cemetery in Berlin.

L. Rodriguez, 53, of Hammonton, died
March 12, 2008, at the Wm. B. Kessler Memorial
Hospital.
Born in Patillas, Puerto Rico, she was a
Hammonton resident for 35 years.
Surviving her are: husband, Eduardo L. Rodriguez
of Hammonton; sisters and brothers, Lea Lopez,
Isabel Lopez, Iris Y. Rosario, Juanita Rosario,
Edwin Romos, Vincente Rosario, Adalberto Colon.

Rusnak,
(nee Gabriel), 77, of Waterford, died March 15,
2008.
Born in Pomona, she was a graduate of Egg Harbor
High School. Her greatest joy was her family and
friends.

Carol, Frank Rusnak, Linda Massaro;
grandchildren, Diana Sabella and her husband

Heggan,
(nee Graham), 60, of Folsom, died March 12,
2008.
Predeceased by: sister, Debra Graham; mother,

Joseph A. Capp
Sr.,
94, of Hammonton, died March 17, 2008, at home
in his sleep with his loving family.
Born in Philadelphia, he was raised in Winslow.
Mr. Capp was a volunteer firefighter with the
Winslow Township Fire Company. He worked as a
cook and a night watchman at the Winslow Canning
House. He also worked for Doughtery Brothers in
Buena.
Predeceased by: son, Joseph Capp Jr. Surviving
him are: loving wife of 63 years, Mary Capp (nee
Jacobs); granddaughter, Mary-Claire Capp of
Hammonton; grandson, Joseph Capp III and his
wife Melissa of Chicago; twin
great-grandchildren, Brandon and Ryan Capp; many
nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his
viewing today from 9 – 11 a.m. followed by
funeral services at 11 a.m. at the Carnesale
Funeral Home. Burial will be at Greenmount
Cemetery.
