Junior pitcher hurls three no-hitters

MOUNT HOLLY—It’s no secret in high school softball that the biggest key to winning is having a strong pitcher in the circle.
It’s also no secret to teams in southern New Jersey that St. Joseph High School has one of the state’s top pitchers in junior Nicole Pagano.
 

 

 

Amendolia helps deliver a win for HHS

HAMMONTON—Hammonton High School’s Sal Amendolia waited four years to start at the varsity level, and last week the senior designated hitter delivered the biggest hit of his high school career, a bloop single in the bottom of the seventh inning that gave the Blue Devils a 13-12 win against visiting Lower Cape May Regional.

 

 

 

HHS falls to Camden Cath.

MOUNT HOLLY—Camden Catholic rallied for two runs in the bottom of the seventh inning to hand Hammonton High School’s softball team its first loss of the season and knock the Lady Blue Devils out of the Rancocas Valley Tournament last weekend.
