Armond R. DeCicco



Armond R. DeCicco, 65, of Buena, passed away on Friday, July 23, 2021 with his family by his side.


Armond was born in Camden, N.J. and lived in Hammonton most of his life. He worked as a floor supervisor at Caesars Casino in Atlantic City, a service operator at Whitehall Laboratories in Hammonton, a laborer at Statewide Highway & Safety in Folsom and head of maintenance and facilities at Hamilton Township Board of Education in Mays Landing. He also owned and operated his own Landscaping Company.


Armond enjoyed watching his favorite sports teams, the Philadelphia Phillies and Eagles, and loved to support the local St. Joseph’s Wildcats football team. Spending time with Potsy was his favorite thing to do.


Armond is predeceased by his parents, Armond C. and Rita DeCicco (nee Duffy).


He is survived by his children, Danielle Lind (Mike) and Chad DeCicco (Larry); his brother, Chic DeCicco (Sue); two grandchildren, McKenna and MJ; and his beloved dog, Potsy.


A visitation and funeral service were held Thursday, July 29, 2021 at the Marinella Funeral Home 102 N. Third St. Hammonton, NJ 08037. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to AnimalaidUSA (https://donate.givedirect.org/?cid=12538&n=495899). This local organization helped relocate Potsy to a new forever home.
