AtlantiCare hosts monthly Diabetes Support Group meeting virtually

AtlantiCare’s T.E.A.M. (Teach, Encourage, Assist and Motivate) Diabetes program holds virtual support group meetings the first Monday of every month at 6 p.m. Attendance is free and open to those with diabetes as well as their family members and other support persons.
