Benjamin Costa, 79, of Deptford and formerly of Hammonton passed away on Thursday, June 30, 2022 after a lengthy illness.
Born and raised in Hammonton he was a lifelong South Jersey resident. Ben was a systems engineer for several different companies, most recently for Verizon and Penn Mutual Life Insurance.
He is predeceased by his parents, Henry and Marie Costa (nee Mento) and his brother, Thomas H. Costa.
Ben is survived by his sister, Marie A. Costa of Hammonton and his friend and companion, Gary Kuskulis of Deptford.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday July 8, 2022, 11 a.m., in St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish, Church of St. Joseph’s 226 French Street, Hammonton, where a visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family. Memorial donations may be made to St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish, 226 French St., Hammonton, NJ 08037.
