A beautiful, three-story home is on the market at 733 Bellevue Avenue near downtown Hammonton. This Queen Anne style home comes with four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a vaulted tower on the third floor. Many unique features are included in this home, such as antique doorknobs and stained glass windows. The exterior of the home gives a historic feel since it was built approximately in 1893 and the tower façade.

The front porch of the home wraps around the house and gives a good view of the passing cars.

As you enter the home there is a big living room that has ample space to fit many furniture and antiques to make it feel cozy. The living room features a fireplace that will help make you feel warm during the winter. Next to the living room is the dining room, which has a nice setting for family dinners and gatherings as well as a piano that can be used to provide entertainment.

The kitchen has an ample amount of space, which can catch you by surprise. There is a lot of woodwork throughout the kitchen, with the storage cabinets, floors and doors surrounding it. The kitchen has a marble countertop as well as a big and wide sink.

The kitchen features many doors that will take you anywhere. One door takes you to the backyard, where it comes with a shed and has plenty of land to do any sort of recreational activities, such as grilling and playing sports. Another door takes you to the bathroom and inside the bathroom is a door that will lead you to the basement. The basement has plenty of space for extra storage that can’t be fit in the other levels of the home. To the left of the kitchen is the laundry room and according to the owner of the home, the laundry room was originally a porch.

As you walk up the stairs, you will see the stained glass windows that enhance the uniqueness of his historic home. The second floor will lead you straight to one of the four bedrooms that the home has to offer. A closet is by the front stairs, which comes in handy if you need to hang your things up before you enter your room. The second floor also has the other two bedrooms, including the master bedroom. The master bedroom has various windows and closets, which can either give the room a sunny or cloudy vibe depending on the weather. The second floor also features the other of the two bathrooms that the home has to offer as well as a door that will lead you to a small porch. It is a great setting to take in the outside world.

As mentioned before, the home does have a third floor. The final of the four bedrooms is on the third floor, which is great for someone that needs their own peace and privacy from anything that is happening downstairs. The third floor has an attic, which is good for extra storage space in a house full of spaces for storage. What makes this home fully stand out from others is that it has a tower room, which is next to the bedroom. The tower room has a closet and a fun fact to know is that this house is one of two houses in Hammonton that comes with a tower.
