James T. Speigel

James T. Speigel, 74, of Hammonton, N.J. passed away Thursday, November 18, 2021.

James was born in Camden, N.J. and was a lifelong Hammonton resident. He was very active in the St. Mark’s Episcopal Church in Hammonton where he was a former Sexton, served on the Vestry and fill-in member of the choir. James worked for Lenox for over 20 years starting in 1982; he was also a member of their softball team. He was also a former member of the Free Masonic M.B. Taylor Masonic Lodge #141. James enjoyed golf and was a huge Phillies fan.

He is predeceased by his wife, Karen (nee Murphy) and parents, William S. and Mary (nee Britton) Speigel.

James is survived by his children, Diane J. Conover (Chuck), Brian W. Speigel and Kevin J. Speigel (Christine). He is the loving grandfather to Tyler, Keith and Cole Conover; and Luke, Jackson and Charlotte Speigel.

Family and friends are invited to attend his viewing Friday, November 26, 2021 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Marinella Funeral Home, 102 N. Third Street Hammonton, N.J. with services to follow at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery 500 White Horse Pike Hammonton, NJ 08037.
