To the Editor:

To be successful in any endeavor, it is crucial to remember the past, live in the present, and have a vision for the future. In the late 90s and early 2000s, Hammonton faced numerous challenges. Our schools were burdened with a deficit of $1.5 million, our downtown area was in need of improvement, and vacant businesses plagued our uptown district. Additionally, our tax rate was escalating at an alarming rate each year.

However, in February 2005, a group of dedicated individuals formed Hammonton First, driven by a desire for positive change. Over the past 15-plus years, we have collectively worked hard to transform Hammonton into the thriving community it is today. We have successfully built surplus funds and stabilized the tax rate. The value of homes and investments in our town has doubled since 2005.

Moving forward, it is imperative that we continue the progress we have achieved. We must maintain stable taxes and further enhance our town. To accomplish these tasks, I firmly believe that Column C, Tom Gribbin, Jonathan Oliva, and Zack Brown, is the only team equipped with the vision and dedication to lead Hammonton towards continued prosperity for all residents and their families.

As the Mayor of the Town of Hammonton, I humbly request your support. If you have trust in me, I kindly ask you to extend that trust to the entire ticket for Town Council: Gribbin, Oliva, and Brown.
