Michael Cosden, 57, of Waterford, N.J. died peacefully after a long illness at home with his wife Joann and dog Mama Mia by his side.
Mike was born in Norristown, Pa. and lived in Winslow Twp. for most of his life. Anyone who knew Mike knew of his love for his family, friends and country. He was a very plain and simple person who loved Sunday dinner, country music, flea markets and cars.
Mike was a member of the Winslow Twp. Fire Co. and worked for Winslow Twp. Schools in the Maintenance Department.
He is predeceased by his mother, Trudy Bolli (Mike), and Baby Nicholas, and survived by his wife, Joann and her children and grandchildren: Anthony, Joseph, Maria (Lou Parzanese), Alexa, Anthony, Dominic, Lindsay and Ava; his father, Joseph Cosden (Dawn); and their children, Joe, Damian and Dina (Howard); and many nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held Saturday, May 21, 2022 from 9 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. at Christ the Redeemer Saint Anthony Church 450 Pennington Ave. Waterford Works, NJ 08084 followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. to noon with his final resting place at Oak Grove Cemetery 500 White Horse Pike Hammonton, N.J. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Homeward Bound Pet Adoption Center or a charity of your choice.
