Michelle Ann Palmieri



Michelle Ann Palmieri, 57, of Hammonton. It is with great sadness that the family of Michelle Ann Palmieri announces her passing on Thursday, July 28, 2022.


Michelle was a 1983 graduate of Hammonton High School. She also got a degree from Atlantic Community College and went to nursing school. She worked at the family business, Farmers Daughter through her teens and 20s. Michelle worked at Mainland Hospital for 19 years as a nurse’s aide, where she made many friends through the years. Michelle was a kind and generous person who found the good in all people; she would go out of her way to help anyone. Michelle loved animals, reading, swimming, needlepoint and movies. She also attended Victory Bible Church through the years, where she made many good friends. Michelle was dearly loved by her family and she will be missed by all who knew and loved her.


Michelle is predeceased by her father, Michael R. Palmieri Jr. and grandparents, Michael and Mary R. Palmieri Sr. and Louis and Anna Crescenzo all of Hammonton.


She is survived by her mother, Marie A. Palmieri; sisters, Maryanne Palmieri and Marlene Palmieri all of Hammonton; ex-husband, Mark Hillard whom she stayed friends with; uncle, Joseph Palmieri (Cheryl) of Portland, Maine; uncle, John Crescenzo (Judy) of Venice, Fla.; and many cousins and friends.


A viewing and Mass of Christian Burial was held on Tuesday, August 2, 2022 in St Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish Church of St. Anthony’s. Burial was in Oak Grove Cemetery, Hammonton. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National Kidney Foundation, www.kidney.org.
