New home on the market with an in-ground pool

Just off of Third Street, a perfect five-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath home, is for sale. 894 N. Third Street is a 1.59-acre lot, which feels much bigger in person. The home looks deceptively small from the outside but inside houses multiple different rooms and amenities.

The living room is the first space in the house that buyers will notice. After walking right in, the living room is off to the left, with a unique bay window grabbing attention. The window features a unique pattern, along with a little shelf for possible plants or an array of photos. Two couches remain in the room, but the hardwood floors allow for easier customization.

Walking further into the house, potential buyers will notice a modern kitchen, with rich blue cabinets and updated appliances. A countertop allows for two people to eat a meal together, or to prep a meal together. The kitchen floor is made up of brown tile, which adds a nice finish to the modern look. A window above the sink looks out to the side of the house, giving a nice view of the driveway.

A small hallway to the left of the kitchen leads to four possible bedrooms, the end of the hall leading to the primary bedroom. The primary bedroom is large and holds enough room for a king-sized bed with room to spare. The walls are painted green and white, with a hardwood floor. Walking directly outside of the primary bedroom, another bedroom can be found with tan walls and hardwood flooring again. The room is smaller and could hold up to a queen bed.

One of the bathrooms is down this hall as well, which is in good condition. It holds a sink, toilet and a shower with tiles lining half of the wall.

The other two rooms in the hall are relatively the same size, and one was converted into a playroom with tons of light. The other room was dedicated to another bed, this time with more space than the previous.

After touring the hall, potential buyers travel into the mother-in-law suite and are greeted with a well-lit living room. The mother-in-law suite can be accessed through the double doors inside the home, almost like an extension. The hardwood floor runs throughout the suite, leading into the final bedroom. It has enough space for a queen-sized bed, and features green walls and a small window.

The basement of the home is fairly large, with tile flooring, and a washer and dryer.

Heading outside buyers will immediately notice an in-ground pool, with plenty of backyard space. A fence surrounds the pool and some of the backyard, allowing some privacy. Walking outside of the fence, a playground can be visible in the back.

The driveway is narrow but acts as a horseshoe driveway, which allows for a safe departure onto Third Street. This way buyers will not have to back out of the driveway onto a busy street.
