Obituary

Joan Corsino (nee Heller), 82, of Hammonton, N.J. passed away peacefully at her home with her loving husband and family by her side on Saturday, November 4, 2023.
She was born in Philadelphia and lived in Hammonton most of her life.
Joan graduated from Hammonton High School in 1959 and went on to work for Whitehall Labs, Deer Park Baking Co., Monarch Bandages and Spencer Gifts all located in Hammonton, N.J. She enjoyed reading a good book, visiting Wildwood Beaches, shopping and roller skating.
She is predeceased by parents and her sisters, Jane Wooton and Joyce Lewis. Joan is survived by her husband, Edward F. Corsino; her children, Robert Franklin Emery (Dawn) of Mullica Twp. N.J., Joseph John Emery and Cheryl Lynn Emery both of Hammonton, N.J.; her brothers, James Heller of Delaware and Joseph Dolan (Carol) of Sweetwater, N.J.
She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren, Patricia, Zechariah, Justin, Alexander, Briana and Cammy, her great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends were invited to attend her visitation Saturday, November 11, 2023 from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m., a Celebration of Life Service followed at 12 p.m. at the Marinella Funeral Home 102 N. Third St. Hammonton, N.J. Burial was in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 248 S. First Road Hammonton, N.J. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations to be sent in Joan’s memory to The National MS Society PO Box #91891 Washington, D.C. 20090 – 1891.
