Obituary


Anthony “ Chip” Jiampetti

Anthony “Chip” Jiampetti, 86, of Hammonton, N.J. passed away peacefully Friday October 28, 2022 at Allegria Rehabilitation at the Fountains in Atco, N.J. Anthony was born and raised in Hammonton and was a 1955 graduate of St. Joseph High School. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1955 to 1957 stationed in Jacksonville, Fla. He worked as a Senior Inspector for several Civil Consulting Engineering firms until retirement in 2014 from T & M Associates, Moorestown, N.J.


He is predeceased by his parents, Peter and Minnie (nee Parisi) Jiampetti; mother-in-law, Marie Wiedemer; and brother-in-law, Julius “Caesar” Berenato. Anthony is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Judith (nee Wiedemer) Jiampetti; his children, Deborah Sindoni (Alan) of Sewell, N.J., Brian Jiampetti (Setha) of Las Vegas, Nev., and Kelli Jiampetti of Hammonton, N.J. He is the loving grandfather of Alanna Sindoni. Anthony is also survived by his sister-in-law, Darlene Berenato; nephew, Jeffrey Berenato (Joan); and niece, Jill Quinn (William).


Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing Saturday, November 5th, 2022 from 9 a.m. – 11 a.m. at St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish- St. Anthony Church 285 Rt. 206 Hammonton, N.J. 08037. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery 248 S. 1st Rd. Hammonton, N.J.
