Dora Berenato (nee Brogno), 77, of Hammonton, N.J. passed away Thursday January 25, 2024. She was born and raised in Italy and came to Hammonton in the early 1970s and worked for Whitehall Labs for many years.
Dora was predeceased by her husband, Joseph Berenato son of Giuseppe and Catherine Berenato; her siblings, Gina, Enos, Vanda, Yolanda, Elena, Amalia, Tonino, Francesco, and Elio; and her in-laws, Anthony, Domenic, Frank, John, Nicholas, Henry, Minnie, and Rose Berenato, Anna Varallo, and Mary Puglisi. She is survived by her loving son, Ronald Berenato; her sister, Amelia Grandinetti; and nephew, Frank Martino III (Kathy); and many nieces, nephews, and cousins abroad.
Services and burial are private at the convenience of the family. Donations may be made in Dora’s name to the Jewish Family Service of Atlantic County 607 N. Jerome Ave. Margate, NJ 08402 or www.jfsatlantic.org.
