William R. Roeschen

William R. Roeschen, 89, of Hammonton passed away on Thursday, August 4, 2022.

Born in Philadelphia, Bill is a longtime resident of Hammonton. Bill was a former manager at Woolworth Dept. Store in Philadelphia and Furlow’s 5&10 in Hammonton for 11 years prior to starting his own business William Roeschen Builder in 1979. He proudly served in the U.S. Army, was a member of the Hammonton Presbyterian Church and choir, an avid skier especially in the western U.S. and loved to travel throughout all the U.S. and Canada.

William is predeceased by his beloved wife, Joan. He is survived by his loving daughters, Lynne (Donald) Kimball and Lisa Roeschen; grandchildren, Zachary (Lauren) Kimball and Elizabeth Kimball; and great-grandchild, Eleanor Kimball.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service Saturday, August 13, 2022 at 11 a.m. at the Hammonton Presbyterian Church 326 Bellevue Ave, Hammonton, NJ 08037. Visitation with the family 10:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. prior to the service at the church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the church.
