George Mikula



George Mikula, 78, of Hammonton, N.J. passed away Thursday September 9, 2021 surrounded by his loving family.


George was born in Banska Bystrica, Slovakia, and has lived in Hammonton over 35 years. He was an Electrical Engineer and retired from Phillips Medical Services where he maintained CT Machines for various hospitals in the greater South Jersey area.


He is predeceased by his wife, Luba (nee Stuska), and his brother, Pavol Mikula. George is survived by his daughters, Maria McMullen (Michael), Andrea Mikula; son, Paul Mikula (Terezia); brother, Michal Mikula; sister, Alzbeta Viselka and loving nieces and nephews. He is the loving grandfather to Genevieve, Lukas, Amelia, Fiona, and Rose.


Family and friends were invited to attend his viewing on Tuesday, September 14 at the Marinella Funeral Home, 102 N. Third Street, Hammonton, N.J. A Mass of Christian Burial followed at St. Mary of Mt Carmel Parish - St. Joseph Church, Third and French Sts., Hammonton, NJ 08037. Burial followed in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 124 S. First Rd., Hammonton, N.J. 08037.


In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Catholic Relief Services or donate to your local food pantry in honor of George.
