Lucy A. Manno



Lucy A. Manno (nee Esposito), 94, of Hammonton died peacefully at her daughter’s home in Mays Landing, N.J.


Born in Hammonton, she was raised in Philadelphia and then moved back to Hammonton in 2005. Lucy retired from West Wholesale Drug in Philadelphia where she worked as an Order Checker and Filler for over 30 years.


She is predeceased by her husband, Albert Manno; parents, Dominic and Carmella Esposito; brothers, Tony, Michael, Frank, Dominick, Rocco and Larry; and sisters, Angie, Mary, Rose, Antoinette, Mildred, Helen and Florence.


Surviving are her devoted daughter, Patricia and the late husband Frank Scafario of Mays Landing, N.J. and her brother, Louis Esposito of Blackwood, N.J. She is the loving grandmother of Frank Scafario and Mike Scafario and his wife Lily and great-grandmother of Madison and Mia Scafario.


Family and friends attended her viewing on February 1, 2021 from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Marinella Funeral Home 102 N. Third St. Hammonton, NJ 08037 with a service at 11 a.m. Burial followed at New St. Mary’s Cemetery 515 Browning Rd. Bellmawr, N.J. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105 or donors@st.jude.org.
