John R. Morano, 93, of Hammonton, NJ passed away on Thursday, January 4, 2024 at his residence. John was born and raised in Hammonton and was a 1948 Graduate of Hammonton High School. John worked alongside his family at James Morano and Sons Paper and Cleaning Supply Company. He was a member of the Hammonton Kiwanis Club for 43 years.
John was predeceased by his daughter, Johanna Morano; his grandson, Christopher Domenico; his parents, James and Jennie Morano; his sisters, Mary Thurston, Carmella Washburn, Rita Farrell and Gladys Pilman; and his brothers, James, Michael, Anthony, Rocco and Ralph. John is survived by his wife, Margaret "Marge" Morano (nee Mossop); his daughters, Janice A. Paine and Kathy Domenico; three grandchildren, Glenn and Stefan Paine and Ryan Domenico; and many nieces and nephews.
At the request of the family funeral services and burial will be private.
