Samuel J. Parzanese, Jr. of Hammonton, N.J. passed away peacefully at his home with his family by his side on Saturday, January 6, 2024. Samuel was a longtime member of Laborers Local #172. He played semi pro baseball in his younger years and to this day, still enjoys the sport.
He is survived by his wife, Susan (nee Orth); his children, Steven Hardy, Shaun Hardy, Matthew Hardy, Samantha Parzanese and Vincenzo Parzanese all of Hammonton, N.J. Also surviving are his grandchildren, Genaro, Saverio, Angelina, Steven, Victoria; and his sister, Roseann Parzanese.
Relatives and friends are invited to the viewing on Thursday, January 11, 2024 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Landolfi Funeral Home, 237 Bellevue Ave., Hammonton, N.J. A second viewing will be held on Friday morning, January 12, 2024 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish-St. Joseph’s Church, 3rd & French St. in Ham- monton. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Inter- ment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Hammonton. Arrangements entrusted to Landolfi Funeral Home.
