Richard J. Cracker, 79, died on Tuesday, December 8, 2020.
Richard was born and raised near Trenton, N.J. on October 7, 1941. Richard was a lector, Eucharistic minister and pharmacist. He moved to Hammonton in 1969 and worked many years in some of the local pharmacies, including Eckerd Drugs. Richard spent a lot of time visiting family and friends in Florida and Tennessee. The Jersey Shore, “Wildwood”, was a special place for Richard, who also gave the love of the boardwalk and beaches to all of his family. Richard loved spending time and making memories with his family. He was very proud of all of his grandchildren!
Richard is predeceased by his parents, Rocco and Anna (DeFazio) Cracker.
Surviving are his loving wife of 53 years, Catherine Cracker; daughter, Lisa (Monty) Manos; son, Stephen Crecco; daughter, Janet Zoda; brother, Robert Crocker; sister, Louise Cortina; and three loving grandsons, Mason and Logan Manos and Tristen Crecco. He will be missed by those who loved and adored him.
Relatives and friends attended his viewing on December 19, 2020 from 2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Aycock-Riverside Funeral Home in Jupiter, Fla. Mass was celebrated on December 21, 2020 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Jude Catholic Church in Tequesta, Fla.
