Featured on the quiet Peach Street in Hammonton, 439 Peach Street offers a great location as well an ample amount of space. Roughly 2,000 square feet, the home may seem small from the outside, however when walking into the home guests will notice the size. Featuring three bedrooms and two baths, the home would be a perfect upgrade for a small family.

When walking inside the home, guests will first notice the small staircase that greets visitors when they first enter. The staircase leads to the upstairs level of the home, with three different bedrooms sporting unique colors and atmospheres. The first bedroom has space for a queen-sized bed, along with other furniture like a dresser. A fan hangs from the ceiling of the room, clashing well with the purple walls and the grey floor. A set of windows are featured at the far end of the room, adding some natural light to the area. The second bedroom sports cream walls, with a vivid red carpet. The room also has a ceiling fan and two sets of windows to match. This room is much smaller than the first and would be a great room for a small child, or maybe an office. The final bedroom of the home is different than the others, with hardwood lining the walls. The unique wall pattern meshes well with the multi-colored carpet on the floor and adds some character to the upstairs level. This room is also accompanied by a ceiling fan, as well as two windows. The bathroom upstairs has a toilet, shower and sink for two. The walls are covered in green tile, with a window near the shower in the room.

Coming down from the upper level, guests will notice somewhat of an open floor plan in the home, with the dinning room and family room connected. The two rooms don’t have a wall in between them, yet guests will be able to tell the difference between the two areas due to the ceiling fan above where a table used to be. There is a textured pattern on the cream walls of both rooms, which is present throughout the home. Two sets of windows are in each room and grey carpets accompany the rooms, which leads into the kitchen.

The kitchen in the home feels like walking back in time to the 60’s, with wooden cabinets throughout. With the exception of the white walls, the kitchen feels like it was made completely out of hardwood. The floor matches the wooden cabinets and even the ceiling fan is made out of hardwood. Appliances like a stove, fridge and dishwasher are included in the home. White beams can be visible from the ceiling of the home, which adds a unique characteristic to the room. Following the hardwood floor in the kitchen, guests will find themselves in the den next to it. The den features hardwood trim, as well as the white walls featured throughout the home. Two sets of windows are included in the build of the room, which adds lots of natural sunlight to the area. A couple of reclining chairs would fit perfectly in the space, with room for a few more pieces of furniture.

Walking outside, guests will be amazed by the big red deck attached to the screened in porch of the home. With the screened in porch and the red deck attached, guests will never have to worry about not having enough space. A shed is located opposite of the driveway with room for storage or tools. The long driveway helps with interested buyers that have more than one vehicle as well, with ample space for about two or three cars.

439 Peach Street is listed at $329,000. Interested buyers can contact Phil Carr with Crowley and Carr to schedule a tour of the home.
